Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee
As per Section 135(9) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company is not required to constitute a CSR Committee since the CSR spending requirement does not exceed ₹50 lakh. The Board of Directors, comprising Mr. Rajat Gandhi, Mr. Vinay James Mathews, and Ms. Juhi Gandhi, will discharge its functions. A CSR Committee will be constituted if the CSR spending exceeds ₹50 lakh or if there is an amount in the Unspent CSR Account for ongoing projects, as per Section 135(6).

Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects
In alignment with our commitment to environmental sustainability and in accordance with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board has allocated funds to contribute to World Wide Fund For Nature-India under the Nature Guardian Program. This initiative is aimed at supporting environmental conservation and protection.
