JOB DESCRIPTION Creative Content Strategist Location: Head Office, Gurgaon  |  Experience: Minimum 2 Years  |  Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist who can turn business goals into clear, compelling and creative communication. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a business objective, identify the communication opportunity, develop the core idea and translate it into campaign concepts, scripts, CRM communication, app copy and channel-ready content. Key Responsibilities

• Understand business, marketing and product objectives and translate them into relevant content and communication strategies.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for products, services, launches and customer engagement initiatives.
• Write and develop campaign concepts, communication themes, video and social media scripts, short-form/reel scripts, ad copy and headlines.
• Create CRM communication including push notifications, email, SMS and other customer lifecycle communication.
• Develop app, web, landing-page and promotional copy that is simple, engaging and customer-friendly.
• Convert complex business or product propositions into clear, compelling customer communication.
• Develop channel-specific communication while maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Business, Design and other internal teams to understand requirements and develop communication.
• Create content briefs for designers, video editors and other creative resources.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and proactively bring new creative ideas, formats and communication approaches.
• Adapt a single campaign idea into multiple formats and channels.
• Review and refine content based on business objectives, audience insights and campaign performance.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, grammar and brand communication across customer touchpoints.
• Stay updated with emerging content formats, social media trends, digital campaigns and evolving consumer communication styles.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy, creative content, copywriting, digital marketing, advertising or a similar role.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop ideas from a business brief.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of digital-first communication and social media content.
• Ability to write short, sharp and engaging copy rather than only long-form content.
• Experience in developing scripts for videos, reels or other digital formats.
• Ability to understand different audiences and adapt communication accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar and language.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple briefs and deadlines.

• Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Banking or NBFC.
• Experience with consumer technology or digital products.
• Understanding of performance marketing and CRM marketing.
• Experience with app-based products and customer communication.
• Exposure to social media campaigns and short-form video/reels.
• Familiarity with AI-led content creation and marketing tools.
