How P2P Borrowing works?

Borrowing money made easier!

Getting a loan on Faircent is very straightforward! Simply register and provide us with your details.  When we have successfully verified the information you have provided, you will be eligible for a loan through us!

STEP 1: Enter your requirements on the borrower listing page

Share information about your loan – amount, interest rate, repayment period and other details such as place of work, city where you reside, photos, video and any other information that will help investors decide their investment amount in your favor!

STEP 2: Wait for investors to offer you loans or you can approach them!

Published listings are viewed by investors. After viewing your profile investors can decide to invest in your loans. Alternatively, you can approach investors to offer you loans!

STEP 3: Close your loan transaction

When you receive 100% of your loan amount, your loan is reserved. You can then close your listing and wait for the money to be transferred into your bank account. This normally takes 3-5 working days to complete.

STEP 4: Repay through monthly instalments

Start repaying the loan through the calculated EMI amount at the agreed interest rate. You can also pre-pay your loan at no cost!
