Job Description Job Responsibilities:

As a Training Manager you serve as an integral component of the Human Resource function by supporting the learning & development initiatives.


  • Support departments in developing functional excellence.
  • Act as a change maker in the cultural and organizational transformation at Faircent.
  • Provide key inputs of training aspects for all departments and all related activities.
  • Monitor and conduct reviews with each department to determine training effectiveness.
  • Training Need Analysis and Identification through regular engagement with Stakeholders, identifying Training needs of the Sales Team would be crucial.
  • Content Development : Training Modules/Workshops creation and development basis the TNA/TNI conducted.
  • Delivering Training Sessions (Classroom and Virtual) for all teams and departments here at FAIRCENT.
  • Identifying and Grooming SMEs in various Departments to help conduct Training Sessions.
  • Female Candidate preferred, Based out of Delhi
